never give up on your ambition whatever its take...first heel hooks happy then..they are no easier way to success.
Reflection:
i had a bad attitude like do a assignment at last minute and wasteful like buying an item without requirement.
For my long term,my goal is to have a happier family ever cause my family is everything for me.I want repay what my family do to me,cause if there are not patient with maybe i m not being like human.Another goal,i want to buy all favorite motorcycle to be my collection and make some motor shop to supply spare part superbike.
Assalamualaikum Bahrin.
ReplyDeleteAccording to your story, i am sure that you have learned such quite many lesson based on the reflection that you wrote. And the person that you chose is also good because Tan Sri Azman Hashim is a very successful person and everyone in Malaysia knows him. To succeed like him to need to work harder.
I have read your long term. i think there are some thing that you should add up. According to my point of view, when you already have a family later, you need to always work harder. When you have family you should put more effort because you would have wife and kids so to make them happy yuou need to be successful as they would be so proud of you. It's not that i am saying that having family in not enough but in life, you mus also need to be ambitious because one day your family would look at your success and they make you as their inspiration so you need to work harder to be successful. Does not matter you need to be successful in what are want to be as for example you want to open a motorbike shop, then you need to make it happen. Ensure that the shop would be known all over Malaysia, and slowly you would successful like the person that you adores, Tan Sri Azman Hashim.
I believe that you could achieve everything that you want.;D Amin

ReplyDeleteSalam Ahmad Bahrin. I think you're interest in motorsport. interest was also one of the factors for our success. because if we do things without us do not like, definitely not to be. here I have a little perspective from what I see. I hope you get something. Reading numerous biographies on great people and from my own personal observations and encounters, I've realized that those who achieve greatness professional and personally follow their passion. The reason why great people are few and far in-between is because most people do not even know what their passion is. For those that do figure out their passion, most of them do not consistently follow their passion. This is one of the main reasons why people do not reach their goals.
ReplyDeleteI hope you can get what you want Bahrin. AMIN.
Assalamualaikum Bahrain wongjowo,
ReplyDeleteI respect with your aspirations to become one of the children who appreciate good graces of Parents and want to render a return on both your parents, as well as the ambition to have Superbikes so easy to carry out charitable work and convoys from one place to another with the aim of charities. To have easy superbike in Malaysia bukanya price reached almost 100k. And of course it requires a lot of money. You have to work hard in income do not quickly find lazy, because laziness that will destroy all the ideals that you have planned. Do not miss the opportunity to generate revenue and increase again opened the door for alms for sustenance. In being a good boy we should respect and give attention to parents. Do not easily complain with what we went through, suppose it's a challenge. The reason why great people are few and far in-between is because most people do not even know what their passion is. For those that do figure out their passion, most of them do not consistently follow their passion. This is one of the main reasons why people do not reach their goals.
Good Luck ^ _ ^
Assalamualikaum Bahrin,
ReplyDeleteWhat a good reflection from you, what I notice is you have a very strong confidency to be an entroproneur. So I have some advice for you that you can practices to be successful entrepreneur.
1.Take HR Seriously
Recruiting the right people can make or break your company. Be diligent in the selection process; habitual turnovers can be time consuming, involve a great deal of legal work and damper the reputation of the company’s work culture.
2.The Customer is Not Always Right
And neither are you, but in theory, the customer (client) is your boss. Client feedback is one of the most valuable pieces of information you can collect for both account management and general analysis of quality of work. Keep in mind that you were hired for a reason and don’t hesitate to offer your professional opinion when it comes down to decision-making. Aim to lead your client in the right direction.
3.It’s Never Done
The telltale story of entrepreneurship – we can’t help but want to get our hands in as many cookie jars as possible. One thing to keep in mind is to streamline one project at a time to make sure that your efforts are focused and progressive. Also, know when to hire out. Your work capacity will get maxed out at some point, so recognize it and not forget to take a break when you need to.
4.Culture, Opportunity and Vision Beat Pay
Attract great talent with your vision and the opportunity ahead. Keep in mind it’s hard to recruit someone smarter than you, more experienced, or with multiple offers on the table without an unflappable conviction of purpose.
5.Marketing/Biz Dev is Everyone’s Job
Clients can sense when your team is sold on the company vision. Business Development and underlining the culture from the get-go is equally important. How do you want your business to run? What are you willing to bend or break? Reassert your value to your clients often. It’s much easier to keep a customer than get a new one.
6.Good Cop/Bad Cop
Set expectations by doing simple acts of encouragements or giving constructive criticism in real-time. Be transparent by letting your colleagues know where he or she stands, whether it’s good, bad or otherwise. Conduct quarterly reviews to discuss where your team member stands on a personal level and professionally.
7.Find Mentors and Confidants
As a leader you should remain cool and collected, but never miss the opportunity to learn something from anyone you meet. Gaining professional advice from an outside perspective can also be useful, especially from someone in the same industry that may have had a similar experience or conflict. The growth phase is never complete, and an entrepreneur and skill development is ongoing.
8.Be Excellent
Get your mind right! A healthy lifestyle is interconnected and just as equally important as your professional life. Avoid bargaining with yourself about being great in one area over another. Taking care of you first, rather it be health, fitness, personal relationships will make you that much stronger when it’s time to go to work!
9.Plan, Schedule, Set Goals and Celebrate
Organize your plan of attack. Set realistic benchmarks and meet your own deadlines. Challenges are unavoidable. When you hit a road bump, restrategize, rinse and repeat so you can continue moving forward. Detach yourself from all the little distractions. Celebrate when there is something worth celebrating to keep your eye on the prize.
That is all the advice that I can help you for you to gain a good thing from your business. So you can now practices it in your business.
